This is our new facility for our dogs. The dogs are happy to share their space with any new projects we are working on.  

This is a photo of the cement crew who started our building in October of 2013.

Then we got the outside closed in just before a big storm.  It was cold working in the -20 degree temperatures we had this winter.  An insulated building is really a "must" in northern Minnesota.

That's where this little beauty really warmed up the space.  I don't know what we would have done without the heat this wood stove provided.  We have many Amish neighbors and they have a sawmill just down the  road.  The slab wood is handy and gives off nice heat.

We just added a new wood stove.  It's bigger so we can keep a fire warming the kennel all night long.  Thanks Roz and Dave for donating this beautiful stove.

Here is the outside of our new kennel.  Sometimes the wind really gets howling and the shelter of the new building is a blessing.

This is really a work in progress and it has been a family project as well.  All of us have worked on the building and the care and training of our dogs.  I am thrilled to have such a wonderful hobby to enjoy with my husband and kids.
